2. Deactivate the triggers. Neutralise the associations between specific moments and smoking. You should be able to enjoy coffee, drinks, breaks. All the things you used to do with cigarettes, without craving them.
3. Neutralise the conditioning. Address what cigarettes have been doing for you emotionally. Stress relief. Focus. Connection. Your mind needs to find healthier ways to meet those needs, or the craving will return.

Session 1: Preparation (60 min) Understanding your motivation, your smoking patterns, triggers, and what cigarettes do for you. Building the foundation for lasting change.
Session 2: Hypnotherapy Intensive (90 min) The core hypnotherapy work. Addressing unconscious patterns, reframing your relationship with cigarettes, embedding new patterns.
Session 3 (optional) : Integration (60 min) Reinforcing the work, addressing any remaining triggers, ensuring the change sticks.
Follow-up session (30 min, within 3 months) Check-in call to address any challenges and reinforce success. Included at no additional cost.
