Payment & other admin topics
Payment methods: Cash or PayPal Payment.
Timing: At the beginning of each session, so that monetary topic dont interrupt the positive pattern post session.
Cancellation policy: 24-hour notice required.
Insurance: Hypnotherapy is generally not covered by German public health insurance (gesetzliche Krankenkasse). Some private insurance plans (private Krankenversicherung) may cover hypnotherapy—check with your provider. I provide invoices for reimbursement purposes.
Tax deduction: In Germany, hypnotherapy costs may be tax-deductible as "außergewöhnliche Belastungen" (extraordinary expenses). Consult your tax advisor.
