How It Works

Three self-hypnosis sessions. One-to-one. Each one builds on the last.

Experience it. Your first hypnotherapy session — guided, safe, from the inside. If you come with a specific issue, we start working on it here.

Make it yours. You learn to enter trance yourself, your own way — I coach you until the self-hypnosis technique is yours.

Use it. You learn to communicate with your unconscious mind and direct self-hypnosis toward what you actually need.

This program works as a standalone or alongside any existing therapy, coaching, or personal development work.

By the end, you don't need me to do this for you. That's the point.

Session 1 — Experience Trance

90 minutes | Hypnotherapy session | In-person or online

Your first real encounter with hypnosis and self-hypnosis.

  • Whatever brings you here we work on it here with hypnotherapy

  • Discover what hypnotic trance is

You leave knowing what trance feels like — and knowing you can get there.

Session 2 — Make It Yours

60 minutes | Self-hypnosis coaching | In-person or online

You stop following and start leading. This is where self-hypnosis becomes your practice.

  • Self-induction techniques, finding your own way into trance

  • Live coaching: I guide, correct, and refine with you until it feels natural

You leave able to guide yourself into trance independently, reliably, in your own way.

Session 3 — Apply It to Your Life

60 minutes | Self-hypnosis for change | In-person or online

Trance is a state. Now you learn to make it work for you.

  • How to communicate with your unconscious mind questions, suggestions, and how to listen

  • Directing self-hypnosis toward specific outcomes: sleep, calm, focus, recovery, performance

You leave with a complete, personal self-hypnosis practice and the understanding to keep developing it on your own.
